Pago Baldios San Carlos orchard, located in a unique natural microclimate, our olive grove is in Cáceres (Extremadura), in the Tiétar Valley, a place surrounded by fruity trees and irrigated by fresh mountain water. Using always traditional systems and harvested by hand, our products are 100% natural, there are no sugar or chemicals added.
Mild in the mouth, our oils are characterized by a balance between flavours and herbs, leaves, mature fruit, almonds, apples, tomatos and bananas.
About our vinegars, they unique in Spain, obtained from the must of the grapes Pedro Ximenéz and aged for 12 years in American Oak barrels following the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras. , these vinegars, the dark and the transparent one, will surprise the lovers of intense and bittersweet flavors, matching perfectly with our oils.
